Barbela Design’s hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. 




One of our experienced specialists will help you save time and eliminate the guesswork that goes into selecting the perfect piece. We welcome you to contact us directly at cs@barbeladesign.com between the hours of 10am and 4pm EST Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends. 



You will be emailed a confirmation once your order is placed, then a shipment notification once your item has been shipped. 



Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

Your delivery estimate is based on your purchase date and your choice of shipping method. We ship orders between 7 to 10 business days after the initial order is placed, unless otherwise notified. 

Shipping via USPS is FREE within the continental U.S. with signature confirmation required. Please email us at cs@barbeladesign.com within 24 hours of your order if you do not want signature confirmation. Once your order is shipped, please allow 2-5 days for delivery. 



We also may share your information with selected third parties who provide services to us, including to process payments, provide electronic online investor information, monitor Site activity, serve Site content, help to maintain our customer database, administer emails, surveys, or contests where applicable. Such third parties may have access to, store and process your personal information to provide services on our behalf. 



Once your order is processed, we do offer 2-3-day shipping via USPS Parcel Select. Please be aware that this is solely a shipping option, and your order will still require 7 to 10 business days to process. If you want to upgrade to this shipping service, there is an additional cost of $20.00 per shipment. 



We currently ship to France, Canada, Mexico and The United Kingdom for a flat shipping fee of $35.  Shipping internationally is final sale.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours at cs@barbeladesign.com.  After this 24-hour window, we will not accept any order modification or cancellation. 

We do offer a one-time free option of resizing any piece- however any adjustments made after this will incur a fee. 



We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 20 day return policy. 

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account once we receive the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. 

All jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. 

For returns or exchanges email cs@barbeladesign.com to receive the return authorization number.  This will ensure your return is sent back to us properly. Please note that without the return authorization number on the box we will NOT accept any packages. We strongly encourage you to insure your return shipment. 

We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. 



Should the merchandise be defective, please contact us immediately at cs@barbeladesign.com. Barbela Design will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 60 days of receipt of purchase.  Repairs needed after 60 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.  Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. 

Barbela Design is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

We will send you an email with tracking information on the day it ships from our office. 


If your order should be lost via transit, please allow 30 business days for a refund.  Please contact us 7 business days after the original postdate to inform us about the missing package. 



*If your shipment shows any signs of being tampered please refuse the package, and email us immediately.



Sales tax will be added to all items shipping to a New York State postal code.
